Because of this, we strongly recommend that you use UPS for any gifts. Orders shipped through Standard USPS Media Mail may be subject to unforeseen delays.

To maximize the chance of packages being received in time for December 25, we recommend ordering as soon as possible before these deadlines:

For delivery by December 25th:

STANDARD (USPS Media Mail): no later than December 6th, 2021

UPS Ground: no later than December 10th, 2021

These are our shipping estimates based on recent delays:

Shipments generally take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse, but some orders have been taking as much as a week to ship recently. These are approximate shipping times for orders once they leave the warehouse:

• UPS (Midwest and East Coast): 1-3 business days
• UPS to West Coast and Southwest: 2-5 business days
• Standard shipping: (West Coast): 2-5 business days (avg. 3 days)
• Standard shipping: (Rest of US): 3-10 business days (avg. 5 days)

If you do not receive your order within these time frames, or if you believe your package is lost in the ether, we are always happy to investigate further or send a replacement whenever we can. Please note that while you will receive tracking numbers, standard shipments are uninsured; once the item has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS, we can not guarantee any responsibility for any lost or stolen packages (we would have no recourse to recoup the loss of inventory and replacement shipping charges), but we will do whatever we can to help. Only expedited and Priority Mail shipments are insured and guaranteed.
