Peter D. Thomas (1973-2026) was Professor of political thought at Brunel University, London. He was a longtime member of the Historical Materialism editorial board, played a central role in establishing and growing the Historical Materialism Book Series, and was the author of The Gramscian Moment: Philosophy, Hegemony and Marxism.
